1. General provisions

1. The Privacy Policy specifies the principles for the processing of personal data of the Customers collected through the Online Store operating at https://alltech-shop.eu

The owner and the personal data controller is Zbigniew Roszko, operating under the name ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko, with its registered seat in Wólka Waniewska, 63 18-100 Łapy, Tax Identification Number (NIP) PL9661938446 National Business Registry Number (REGON) 200195693 e-mail: info@alltech-shop.eu
3. Personal data collected by https://alltech-shop.eu via the Online Store is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.
4. The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to potential Customers, including those using the contact form, accordingly.
5. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko provides the Customers with a secure and encrypted connection when sending personal data and logging into the Customer's Account in the Online Store. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko uses the SSL certificate issued by one of the world's leading companies in security and encryption of data transmitted over the Internet.
6. ALL-TECH Zbigniew Roszko enables the Customer to generate a new password, if the password to access the account in the Online Store is lost. The password is stored in an encrypted form, in a manner which makes it impossible to read. In order to generate a new password, it is necessary to provide e-mail address in the form available under the link “I don’t remember my login or password”, provided at the login form to your account in the Online Store. The Customer receives an e-mail message to the e-mail address provided during registration or saved in the last change of the account profile, containing a redirection to a dedicated form made available on the Online Store Website, where the Customer can set a new password.

1. Personal data

1. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko declares not to make available to third parties personal or address data of the website users https://alltech-shop.eu
2. The basis for the processing of personal data by ALL-TECH Zbigniew Roszko is the consent of the Customers as well as the statutory authorization to process personal data, which aims to: enable the use of the website, the possibility to obtain a response to the enquiry sent via the contact form.
3. Personal data are collected in the case of:

• registering an account in the Online Store, for the purposes of creating and managing this account (pursuant to: the necessity to perform the contract for the provision of the Account service Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
• placing an order in the Online Store, for the purposes of executing the sales agreement (pursuant to: the necessity to execute the sales agreement Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
• newsletter subscription, for the purpose of executing an agreement the subject of which is an electronically provided service (pursuant to: the consent of the data subject to execute the agreement for the newsletter service Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

4. The Customer provides the following personal data in the process of creating a Customer Account: name and surname, address of residence, postal code and city, mobile phone number, e-mail address. The Customer sets the access password to his/her account individually.
5. When placing orders at the Online Store, the Customer provides the following personal data: name and surname, address, postal code and city, mobile phone number, e-mail address, and if the Customer is an entrepreneur, additionally: company name and NIP number.
6. The https://alltech-shop.eu website uses the so-called “cookies”, i.e. information stored by servers on the end user's device, which can be read each time the end user connects to that device. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, text files in particular, which are stored in the end device of the website user. Cookies usually include the domain name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on your terminal device and a unique number.
7. Cookies are used for:

• adjusting the content of the websites to the user's preferences and optimising the use of the websites; these files allow, in particular, for recognition of the website user's device and proper display of the website, adjusted to the user's individual needs
• creating statistics which help to understand how the website users use websites, which enables improving their structure and content;
• maintaining session of the website user (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to enter the login and password again on each subpage of the website,
• providing the users with advertising content more suited to their interests.

8. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko declares that within the use of the https://alltech-shop.eu website the following types of cookies may be used:

• “necessary” cookies to enable the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication on the website;
• cookies used to ensure safety, e.g. used to detect misuse of the authentication on the website;
• cookies enabling the collection of information on the use of the website;
• “functional” cookies which make it possible to “remember” the user's selected settings and personalise the user's interface, e.g. with regard to the user’s selected language or region of origin, the font size, the design of the website, etc.,
• “advertising” cookies which make it possible to provide the users with advertising content more suited to their interests.

9. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko informs that:

• in many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) allows the storage of cookies on the user's end device by default. These settings can be changed in such a way, in particular, as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement in the device of the website user each time. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. Not changing the settings for cookies means that they will be placed on the user’s end device and thus we will store information on the user’s end device and get access to this information.
• disabling cookies can impede the use of some services on the website, those requiring a login, in particular. However, disabling the option of accepting cookies does not prevent the user from reading or viewing content on the website.

10. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko hereby informs that in order to determine, pursue and enforce claims, some personal data provided by the Customer during the use of functionalities in the Online Store may be processed, such as: name, surname, data on the use of services, if the claims arise from the manner in which the Customer uses the services, other data necessary to prove the existence of the claim, including the extent of damage suffered, consisting of the establishment, pursuit and enforcement of claims and to defend against claims in proceedings before the courts and other state bodies (pursuant to: the legitimate interest Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

III. Rights

1. The Customer has the right to:

• withdraw the consent - Art. 7(3) of the GDPR;
• object to the processing of personal data - Art. 21 of the GDPR;
• delete data, the so-called “right to be forgotten” - Art. 17 of the GDPR;
• restrict to the processing of personal data - Art. 18 of the GDPR;
• access to personal data - Art. 15 of the GDPR;
• rectify personal data - Art. 16 of the GDPR;
• transfer personal data - Art. 20 of the GDPR;

2. ALL-TECH Zbigniew Roszko shall process only those personal data which are necessary for the proper provision of services, as well as for the implementation of rights arising from applicable law.
3. If ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko obtains information on using the website https://alltech-shop.eu by the Customer inconsistent with this Policy, ALL-TECH Zbigniew Roszko shall be authorized to process Customer's personal data to the extent necessary to determine the liability of the Customer.
4. If, subject to the rights described above, the Customer makes a demand ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko meets the demand or refuses to meet it immediately, but no later than within one month after receiving it. However, if due to the scope of the demand or its nature ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko is not able to comply with the request within the period referred to above, the period shall be extended accordingly, by the time necessary to carry out the request. In such a case ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko shall inform the Customer about the extension of the deadline for processing the request and the reasons for it.

1. Making personal data available

1. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko informs that the Customer’s personal data is transferred to service providers, which ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko uses while operating the Online Store.
2. If the purchase is made in the Online Store, the Customer's personal data may be transferred, depending on the Customer's choice, to the following entities in order to deliver the ordered goods:

3. If, in the course of placing an order, the Customer chooses to pay via the PayU system, its personal data are transferred to the extent necessary to process the payment to PAYPRO S.A. ul. 4. Navigation data may be used in order to provide better service to the Customers, analysis of statistical data and adjusting the Online Store to the Customers' preferences, as well as to administer the Online Store.
5. ALLTECH Zbigniew Roszko is entitled to make personal data available to authorised entities, i.e. the state authorities, organisational units of the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

1. This Privacy Policy may be subject to amendments, which will be published at https://alltech-shop.eu In the event of amendments to the Policy, they shall be effective from the date of their publication on the store website referred to.
