Hydraulic log splitter with an engine capacity of 800 ccm and 230 mm cone

The supporting structure is made of sheet metal 20 mm thick and additionally reinforced from the inside.

The log splitter back consists of two pieces of sheet metal 15 mm thick each. One is permanently welded to the whole structure while the other is screwed with M20 bolts. Owing to this solution, it is possible to weld any kind of mounting to excavator, loader, tractor, etc on one's own.

It is possible to perform such mounting, just give us the kind of the mounting or send drawings.

Very strong and stable hydraulic motor of 34 kW and torque of 1880 Nm

The shaft is mounted on a needle bearing, which allows for the transfer of high longitudinal and transverse stresses, and is in addition supported with the outer self-aligning bearing.

Cone with the diameter of 230 mm and a deep double thread with a 12 mm pitch per rotation ensures trouble-free operation in any kind of wood. Owing to the proper placing of the thread, cones are suitable in the dry wood where cones with a thin and shallow thread are not able to be screwed in.

The cone is made of solid material (not iron cast) C45 and replaceable tip is addidtionally subjected to heat treatment which increases its wear resistance.

The tip is mounted with a groove and also fastened with M14 hardened bolt which makes operation in two directions possible

The set includes two hydraulic lines with high capacity and connectors to the hydraulic motor
