Set for the construction of log splitter with electric drive and power drive relay
The set has a possibility of a drive with pulleys from the electric motor and the power relay from a tractor or another vehicle with the output of the universal joint shaft 1 3/8 "
The set contains:
- shaft L = 480 mm long
- two self-aligning bearings UCP 208 (shaft diameter 40 mm)
- cone Ø 80 mm hardened-through 32-36 HRC made of steel for heat treatment CR45
- pulley Ø280 mm 2HB 17mm (the wheel on two V-belts of a width of 17 mm)
- pulley Ø 80 mm 2HB 17 mm on the electric motor with an opening fi 28 mm or any other choice
- set screw M12 and groove 10x8x56 (for mounting the cone on the shaft)
- groove 10x8x25 and circlip 35Z for mounting the wheel

For electric drive it is recommended to use 3-phase motor with minimum power of 2.2 kW and speed of 1 450 r / min
